Change the individual velocity range of each drum rack pad, and find the right MIDI volume equilibrium for your drum track dynamics.
1) Play a drum loop or an entire drum track.
The device captures all the actual drum pads velocities, showing 2 numbers per pad // see animation >
the min and max velocity values.
2) Now you can modify the min/max velocity range values for each drum pad, and hear the results.
You can set the new range lower, higher, more compressed or expanded, inverted, fixed...
For instance the velocities of the kick in your beat can go from 35 to 60,
and you want to change them to 99 to 120
Changing dynamics makes the same drum loop sound different.
Try different dynamic mixes on it.
Precise and proportional MIDI velocities scaling.
Adjust the velocity range of a single pad sound on the entire track, or modify completely the drum velocities for a better mix.
If you use multisampled drums, changing MIDI velocities means choosing a different drum sample too.
